The very first graphic I saw for TOUR DES ARTISTES 2007 stated it began at 10am. I took the day off work at the Post Office to return to my eVillage roots, prepared to give early arrivals a Walking Tour. In addition, I made ThePrimeSpotmobile a "billboard" for this event and parked it on Ocean Boulevard in front of LA MUSE EAST VILLAGE CAFE. The City of Long Beach documented my stay (parked in a two hour zone all day) and the $35 ticket is my latest contribution to the LONG BEACH ART SCENE. - KaRi
