Facebook Charges Me $500+ for a one-day $50 Budget Ad!

I placed an ad promoting a Long-Beach-Arts.org reception for ONE day 7/17/7/18 at a $50 budget cap. While on my NJ FB account I noticed the ad on July 25th! When I logged in to see my stats, I saw I was being charged over $500, sometimes even $64 for one day...

Facebook then deleted my Long Beach, CA FB account do to "suspicious activity." I was to fill out their form that popped up INCLUDING my credit card number? Yeah, right!

Facebook when you read this, email me at theprimespot@aol.com or call the cell phone number I entered onto the form.

I want this resolved immediately!
